One week into Squad Boot Camp(we had to reset since foundation and discipline lack), and the shifts are already happening! Mindsets are evolving, bodies are strengthening, and most importantly, healing is taking root.

Too often, we pour everything into giving our children what we lacked growing up, without realizing they may need something entirely different in the present. True transformation starts within—when you heal yourself, you can guide and support others from a place of strength and wisdom.
